Our Spring Adopt A Highway clean-up day will be Sunday morning, March 8th.  

Supplies will be provided to everyone again.  I’ll pick up more garbage bags and gloves. We have the vests and long reach grabbers from last time to use.  If you want to use your own gloves or grabbers, bring them.  We will be wearing safety vests, but dress appropriately for the weather, preferably in layers, so you can adjust as the day warms.  Please make sure you review the online safety training, including the videos beforehand.  That’s a requirement of the program, and I have to sign-off saying everyone participating watched them.  Here’s the link again  https://www.pa.gov/agencies/penndot/programs-and-doing-business/roadside-beautification.html   Make sure you open up all the drop down menus.  Also, given the nature of this event, it’s adults only, no kids.

We’ll plan to go out for brunch afterwards at Sunny Side, which is right down the road.…
