Our Fall Adopt A Highway clean-up day will be Sunday morning, September 28.  The plan we had for our first clean-up in Spring worked pretty well, so we’ll basically plan on doing it the same way.  We had a good turnout with 21 people last time.  By splitting up into 4 groups, we

done in less than 2 hours, ending up with 10 bags of trash.  I’m hoping for the same or better this time around.  Penn Dot guidelines say to reschedule in case of rain.  I’ll keep an eye on the forecast as the date gets closer.  Denny Delp and I will be co-chairing this event.

Supplies will be provided to everyone again.  I’ll pick up more garbage bags and gloves. We have the vests and long reach grabbers from last time to use.  If you want to use your own gloves or grabbers, bring them.  We will be wearing…
